ph68 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

ph68 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph68 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device.
ph68 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, ph68 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.
You may close your ph68 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements are resolved.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph68 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
